Objective

The table structure shown below contains many unsatisfactory components and characteristics. For example, there are several multivalued attributes and some attributes are not atomic.

Convert the following to the 3rd Normal Form in an ERD. As a hint, look at the attribute names to help you break up the Entities. Additionally, ensure that each table has appropriate Primary and Foreign keys.
